I wound up at JR Colombian Emeralds after an extensive search for a reputable and responsive jeweler capable of producing custom emerald jewelry. After originally selecting an available ring from their website, I decided that a custom piece is what I was really after and sent a request to their inbox asking if it was too late to amend the order. Laura called me back fairly quickly and helped me select the perfect stone for the centerpiece of the ring we would design together. Laura was so amazing to work with! She helped me find a loose natural emerald to fit perfectly in a ring that had a lab grown emerald. The quality is incredible and she had so much knowledge. I just purchased a beautiful emerald cross necklace from JR Colombian Emeralds by JR Jewels and I could not be more happy with the piece. From start to finish it was a great experience. Laura's excellent customer service made this such an easy transaction. She answered all of my questions with such knowledge and kept me in the loop on the progress of my necklace. The jewlers craftsmanship is out of this world. We also flew to Florida 3 years ago and purchased my beautiful emerald engagement ring as well and it was such a fun experience. I would never go anywhere else!
