“I’m leaving two stars instead of one simply because we weren’t charged for services, which saved me a LOT of money. I had my girlfriend take our three cats to be fixed. I saw other reviews with the same complaint I’m about to leave, but I forgot to tell her about it to make SURE it doesn’t happen to us. Barring any future complications that may arise from an improper surgery, that we have yet to see, this is the only problem: They put our female house cat in the area where they treat strays, so they treated her like one. They clipped her ear without telling us, and did it shorter than I’ve EVER seen. They ALSO clipped our boys nails without telling us, and did it WAY too short. You get what you pay for, I guess. All in all, beats paying $500-$700 per cat at a vet clinic I suppose.
UPDATE: 4 stars now. I went back for a follow up and everything went well with the surgery. I was again NOT charged for services! Seeing them myself was nice, and for the price, it’s unbeatable. Just tell them NOT to clip your cats ear or nails unless you want that!“
