Great, personal service. NOT one of the "corporate machine" A/C companies. I was told by "one of the biggies" that I needed $4000 in service on my A/C. I didn't have the budget, so I let it ride. It was fine for nearly a year, then a real problem happened. Southern Aire came out, looked at the problem, found out that my A/C was still under warranty (THEY looked it up without me even thinking to ask), got the right part - and installed it - at a reasonable price.
