We had the BEST experience with PM Pediatric Urgent Care. On a family trip to Orlando, our perfect day turned sour when my little guy hurt his arm very badly. We found this place and were greeted with such kindness, warmth and assurance. From the nurse who took his triage and administered medicine to the doctor who came in and set my son’s arm - we knew we were in excellent hands. I wish we could pick up this practice and move it back to our home town. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of our baby boy.
Great service! It was simple to get an appointment here and I feel like the team really listened to our concerns. They accepted my insurance. The clinic was timely for the appointment. The front desk check-in was smooth as we did the online process ahead of time. The location was convenient. The doctor was excellent- he was knowledgeable, pleasant, and made us all smile! I cannot say enough good things about this pediatric urgent care! From the moment we walked in, there was no wait time, which was such a relief as my daughter was running a fever. The entire staff—providers and nurses—were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. They took their time to ask all the important questions and ensured my daughter was thoroughly evaluated, yet we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Despite the efficiency, we never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared. I highly recommend this urgent care to any parent needing quick, compassionate care for their child!
