Concentra Urgent Care offers a professional and efficient service in a clean, comfortable facility. The waiting room includes amenities such as TVs, coffee, and water. The staff is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, often displaying a sense of humor. They take the time to answer questions about tests and procedures. Recently, Dr. Dao was noted for his excellent care during DOT recertifications, providing valuable insights. Patients have also praised Dr. Cassandra and Fabiola for their friendly and professional treatment. While wait times may be a concern, the overall service remains highly regarded, with many feeling cared for and well-informed during their visits. Fabiola Viera received particular recognition for her empathetic approach, contributing to positive experiences for patients.
This location is centrally located in south Orlando and easy to find. The staff where pleasant and welcoming and quick to get people in and out. The front desk staff were extremely busy but found ways to communicate with every person coming in and the other staff asking questions. They never seem stressed or unpleasant and that was nice. I had to wait a short amount of time but everyone seemed to be respectful of my time. Everyone was fast and efficient and friendly. If an office this busy, t h at was amazing to see. Good job to all of the staff at the Concentra.
The Doctor great service, the only thing that need to work is in the front desk the person in the front desk need to have better customer service and be more welcoming and friendly with the patient's when they arrive to Concentra! The rest is great
I have been coming to Concentra Medical Center – Orlando Airport Center for physical therapy on my knee for about two months, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received.
I would especially like to thank Yomaly, Kendal, Stacey, and Nicole. They are all incredibly kind, professional, and caring. They always make sure I perform each exercise correctly, check on how I’m feeling, and genuinely care about my progress and recovery. Their patience, encouragement, and positive attitude have made every visit a great experience.
