Our AC unit on our rental was having problems freezing up. I called Service Star AC and they were able to come out the same day to inspect the unit. They said that they could replace the AC the next day starting at 9:00am. They were there by 8:30am and around 3:00 they were done. I really appreciate them coming out so quick and getting the job done right away.I have also used their services for yearly maintenance on my unit they are very responsibly priced.Thank you for your great serviceServices: HVAC system maintenance
My A/C stopped at 9:30pm, no power it seemed. I left a message with the answering service. Donnie Called me back within 10 minutes. He diagnosed my problem on the phone. Told me to look in the air handler drain. It was simple. The drain was clogged. After using the vac outside on the end of the drain line, the A/C was back running in less then an hour. THANKS Donnie! saved me the service call cost, EXCELLENT response and guided me. Maybe I won't be so lazy and keep the drain line clear on a regular monthly basis. He even sent me the REMINDER poster to DON"T FORGET...
Air conditioning unit went out late in evening around 11:00 pm on a Saturday and I was able to call and received immediate response from company and service call from Donny who was able to trouble shoot our problem and get our air unit back working.
