I had an appointment at this location for 2 services with Casey Mercado (nurse practitioner). She was kind and attentive, she answered all my questions, she gave me details and realistic expectations on the procedures and outcomes. She was caring and comforting and put me at ease during my first sessions. I recommend Casey Mercado and this location for all your cosmetic needs. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The offered refreshments and coffee and the bathroom was stocked with all your needs. Overall I had an amazing experience. Wanting to get Laser Hair Removal was something that I always wanted to do, but knew it was an investment and wanted the best of the best. I’m so upset I waited so long!
