I have been following The Vanity Room for over a year fawning over the esthetic of the office and staff alone. I finally took a leap a month ago when I saw that there were walk in appointments available. While I've always taken pretty good care of my skin I cannot cream/ serum my way out of genetics and aging. I walked in and was immediately offered freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and water, which spoke to my fat girl spirit. When it was my turn I was elated to see Desi waiting in the room for me. Excellent customer service that will pay close attention to you, comprehend you, and go above and above! Their outstanding customer service will astound you! Highly highly recommend this place

Absolutely love this place! As a marketer I am obsessed with their Branding and how unique the art and color schemes are in the office, I always leave wanting to come back! Clarissa is an awesome laser tech, she always makes me feel comfortable and does a great job! 10/10!! Also you can’t beat the pricing and quality.
