I recently visited prive salon and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was clean, stylish, and relaxing. My stylist, Raul , listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut envisioned — if not better
Overall, I really liked my haircut and the final look. Thank you for that!
One thing I was disappointed with was the blowout. Unfortunately, it didn’t last even until I got home, which was surprising considering the service cost $175. I was hoping it would hold up much longer.
I also wanted to share a small suggestion about the overall experience. The staff seemed quite serious throughout the appointment. A few smiles and a bit more friendly conversation would make clients feel much more welcomed and comfortable.
I appreciate the service and just wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the overall customer experience.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gabriela! I came in with strawberry blonde hair wanting to go to a rich chocolate brown, and she absolutely nailed it. I am in love with my new hair color—it turned out even better than I imagined! Gabby also did a fabulous job blow-drying and styling my hair. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfect. On top of that, everyone at the salon was so welcoming and kind, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Gabriela to anyone looking for an amazing hairstylist. I will definitely be back!
