Gail was exceptional. She was very attentive and maintained a comfortable environment throughout the entire service. I received the signature facial, and my skin felt instantly rejuvenated afterward.

Gail, the only waxer, was wonderful. It is a private and personalized experience. She was thorough and attentive to my needs. She was also thoughtful about privacy and made accommodations for my chronic pain. While I have been having waxes for a while and rarely experience pain, I experienced NO pain with Gail! She is extremely knowledgable and has medical expertise in addition to aesthetician expertise. She was able to advise me on issues I was faces related to the services, and I have had the best after-effects I have ever experienced in 8+ years of consistent waxing.
