Sooooo I’ve been going to Et for (4) years, #5 does my lashes and eyebrows, I’m very satisfied with her professionalism and service. I see a lot of ppl complaining about ET services but every time I go there it’s PACKED (Literally) 😅
REAL REVIEW: The time you walk in, theres a bunch of women seated staring at you until you either sit down or walk away. You have to speak up to the customers and ask who’s next in line for a service you’re wanting theres no professionalism here. I went here for my eyebrows about 2 days ago because they do real good tinting and was literally here 2pm-6pm waiting for eyebrow tinting.. Unprofessional, unsanitary and dirty. I would be embarrassed to recommend anyone to go here.
They're very disorganized and a bit unsanitary. I didn't see anyone wash their hands or use sanitizer between clients. That's not to say they don't do, I just didn't witness it personally. I love how my eyebrows turned out and I appreciate their affordable pricing in an industry where everyone else overcharges. I do not like the glue used to adhere the lashes. Its hard and I think it may be glue used to hair tracks. Had I known, I likely wouldn't have gotten lashes. I haven't experienced other lash technicians using this kind of glue. Overall, you get what you pay for at this place.
