I have used Polo Floors for numerous home improvements that included counter tops, tile and carpet flooring, painting and ceiling scraping (remove old popcorn). The service and pricing was the best as I shopped around. What can not be beat is their service before, during and after the project was done! After visiting multiple stores, we found the perfect wood grain tile at Polo Floors. They did a great job installing it in our bedroom and we liked the floor so much we decided to continue the flooring throughout the entire main level. Polo only had about 70% of the needed tile in stock but after a few day search, they were able to acquire the remaining amount. The installation team was great, and they completed the job within budget and ahead of schedule.
Wow! It's so rare now a days to get great customer service that I had to mention it for others. I had a water leak in my home in Avalon Park and some laminate pieces in the middle were damaged. I contact Polo Floors and Salma came over with their installer to see if they could help and in fact they did. She gave me a price and a day and the installer (Bernardo) arrived on time and did an amazing job fixing the floor and laying down a new one in a closet.
I am extremely impressed and they are my flooring go to contractor from here on out for my home and my rentals
