5 stars would be for very short wait and I will say this last appt was improved. Otherwise the staff is very good. Dr. has a good practice and a location convenient for us. Never had any issues even with any staff changes. Issues and concerns are handled well. Like the staff, high level of professionalism.

I’m actually pretty grateful for this crew. They found a possible issue with my eyes that took laser surgery to correct. I was able to get both eyes worked on within a few weeks of the discovery and their rooms, hallways, waiting room and bathrooms accommodate wheelchairs nicely. They also have machines and equipment set up to accommodate a wheelie buddy without needing to transfer. The only reason I gave this a 4 star is simply because every appointment takes about 2-2.5 hrs, however they do check in on the patients and so friendly that taking a book and catching up on my recent library read works out to alleviate the time it takes for appointments to be finished.

Doctor Leslie is awesome she is so sweet and knows exactly what she is doing. God bless her always for helping my eye to be better. Thank you so much for everything you are the best eye specialist.......
