Juan did a great job with the blower fan inspection. He is courteous, neat, and thorough. He explained the findings and the Duke rebate process to me.
Carlos, the duct sealer, who subsequently came is also courteous, neat, and thorough. He spent a lot of time in my attic sealing ducts on one of the hottest days of the year without complaint.

Decided to do a Duct work inspection and repair through Duke Home Energy Improvement Program and choose this company since they were the only one that actually answer their phone. The work was done fine, they arrived at the scheduled time and the person conducting the duct work repairs was professional. The minus 1 star is because I had to call to the company to get the final report with pictures of the work done after a week of the work done. Also, I requested an estimate for an AC replacement and I am still waiting. By the way I was told someone would come by to verify the work was done to standards and that has not happen yet.

I had my duct work repaired after a Duke Home energy check. Duke recommended this company and gave me a discount for the repairs. I had a great experience with everyone involved with this company. Juan came for the inspection. Diego made the scheduling and kept me informed about the payment. Carlos came and did the repairs. He was great! He even discovered he could repair something that we initially thought I would have to replace, saving me $200. They texted me when they were on their way, which I appreciate. Overall it was a great experience.
