Been going here for three years. The doctor is wonderful and the young man up front. He tightened my glasses for free even though I didn’t get them there; when I didn’t need new ones or a new prescription. Always 10/10

Got an exam done was told it would be a two year prescription in fact ended up being a one year one. So would have to pay for another exam and contacts which already run me 180 bucks because of different prescription in both eyes. Told them i was told it was a two year prescription and they said theres nothing they can do so i would stay away from this place.

Well I'm not sure I even need to post anything it already a 2.7 star. Sad because I really like the Dr, he was a great guy but the staff is unhelpful. My wife and I heard two different excuses or thier explanations of why they couldn't help. Funny thing is they were rude to my wife and told her I personally needed to come in and then told me something completely different. Sucks because they have the glasses I like but I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore! They really need to work on thier people skills.
