Staff stated they could not tell me my prescription (by checking my glasses) because “that’s illegal.” The law he cited is a chapter on waterways development. Then he said it was due to liability. I’m not a fan of liars, and I certainly don’t do business with them.

Go see Lisa P. She helped me out so much, I can't even describe it. After being so frustrated from another eyeglasses place, she knew exactly was I was looking for an was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for your attention.

My daughters glasses broke. I went to the Vision Center At Walmart In Orange Park and was assures that my daughters glasses would be ready by 7 days possibly sooner. Well today at 4:49pm is one week later. I never got a call so I called them. Come to find out there was an issue at the lab and was told that they had to start all over. Which would take about another week. When I asked could I get them expedited when finished and was told no. Was told that I'm just going to have to wait. So now my daughter who is blind without her glasses, has to go another week without her glasses and no I e would've told me anything had I not called. The lady there in the office was very rude. I was wondering why there were no customers when I initially went in. Now I know. I will NEVER be back to this place and I will tell everyone no to go there as well. Very upset and frustrated. Shame on you Walmart Vision Center.
