From the office, Devan helped me get in touch with the company that replaced the roof most recently so I could check on warranties and the communication began. We were told what to expect, and when, in the time leading up to the start of our project and everything happened on schedule. The team that tore off, and reinstalled our new roof were very attentive to detail and our supervisor, Jesus, checked in several times a day to make sure that we had no issues with the way the project was progressing...like I would know! From the initial phone call, the staff explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The crew that arrived to tarp the roof were helpful and kind, even finding another spot of mold on the ceiling. They too answered all my questions.

Steve aides me in the process to move through the process of getting my adjuster here for an inspection, sending another happy and kind crew first thing in the morning to uncover the roof and then replace it immediately once the inspection was complete.

They did not tell me only 3 sheets of plywood would be included, the quote included all wood needed. In addition they agreed to install water and Ice underlayment on the entire roof so I could qualify for a huge Homeowners discount. Their workers were on time, covered our landscaping with tarps to prevent damage and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They took there time, and did the job right.
