Green leaf was our choice after reviewing two other outfits. Thanks owner Justin and Office Manager Kristina for what ended up being an overall good experience. It is a tough time of year for roofing, and we got it done in a reasonable time between torrential rains.
I needed roof repairs on short notice after a home inspection, and Justin and his team came through. He had a quote to me the same day and the work was finished within 24 hours, which kept the sale of the house on track and saved me a real headache. The crew replaced cracked lead boots and damaged shingles, and left the site clean. Quality work at a great price. I appreciate the quick turnaround and would recommend them to anyone in the Dunedin area.
They were great to work with. They were quick to give us an estimate and once the insurance check was sent they were able to start ahead of schedule. The crew was amazing and finished in one day. I'm pretty picky and did a walk around to ensure they cleaned up their mess. I couldn't even find one left over old roof nail on the ground. They even found an underlying roof problem where my flat roof met the pitch roof and they fixed it for me.
