SKIP THE EXERCISES SHE HAS YOU DO AT HOME. She helps take care of you in the office and yes you will definitely leave feel better, but you also have to help her help you with the exercises. It all matters. She is very attuned to you and your needs. Her office is a family run office that makes it feel very comfortable and approachable. Highly recommend.“
