Ana Nadle did an outstanding job finding old termite plugs that had been buried by leaves and covered by plants, and helped clean up the areas so that new plugs could replace the ones that had been lost to time. Five stars.
Found some brown roaches in my kitchen. Ana My service person was right on top of it and reassured me that they would take care of it. She came back a couple of weeks later and sprayed again and left some traps. Great can do attitude!
We had Miranda today for the First time; so although we won’t see any results this soon, I can say, I wish we could have her all the time 😊.
Miranda is so personable, seems to be very knowledgeable, (likes learning info about bugs she was unaware of). She also schooled me on things I was unaware of.
