We received a free one time pest prevention and lawn care service and ended up signing up for an annual service . Chris Hall came to our house and I asked him some questions about the service. He was very kind and took time to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the service he is providing. We used Massey Pest Prevention Services at our previous home in Port St Lucie for the 6 years we lived there. Massey is reliable, responsive, and professional. It is for this reason we hired them again for our new home in Ocala to provide pest protection service.Now more than 3 years in with Massey in Ocala, same responsive, reliable, and professional service. We developed a new problem- field mice invading our hot tub and destroying the wiring and water lines. Massey responded quickly with mouse bait stations, within a month the problem seems to be resolved.
