Khailil is an exemplary employee. Not only did he resolve the insect invasion in my guest bathroom, but he went the extra mile and sprayed the access areas around my home as well. We had some confusion about when and then when we called were told it was just the outside of house we didn’t need to be here for that. Then as he was here doing the outside there was a message saying he was trying to call us after he left. Just confusion. But he did well. It may be an office issue rather than his.
