“Excellent Experience with Roofing Pros USA – Highly Recommended!
From start to finish, my experience with Roofing Pros USA was excellent. Scheduling the roof replacement was easy, and the dumpster and roofing materials were delivered on time.
Throughout the entire process, Shannon Lewis and I remained in constant communication to ensure that any and all questions or concerns were properly addressed. Shannon helped make the experience smooth and ensured that I stayed informed throughout the project.
Anthony, the job-site supervisor, was also outstanding. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and well-informed about every aspect of the process. He kept me abreast of everything that was going to happen throughout the roof replacement, so I always knew what to expect. His professionalism and communication gave me confidence that the job was being handled properly.
The installation crew arrived as scheduled and worked extremely hard, even through pouring rain. They took the necessary precautions to keep my roof secure and ensure that no water entered my home during the removal process.
The crew remained on-site for three days, completing the full removal of my old shingles, replacing deteriorated plywood, and making the necessary repairs to both my roof and the rear decking area. The entire team was professional, hardworking, and thorough throughout the process. They did an excellent job removing the old roofing and installing my new roof with all the included materials.
I was especially impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed. The crew carefully went over my property to remove nails and debris left from the removal and installation. The following day, a supervisor returned to conduct another walkthrough and scan the property with a magnet to ensure that any overlooked nails were picked up.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and I am extremely satisfied with my new roof. Roofing Pros USA delivered a professional experience, paid attention to the details, and demonstrated that they take pride in their work. The combination of excellent communication, knowledgeable supervision, hard work, quality installation, and attention to cleanup made this a very positive experience.
I highly recommend Roofing Pros USA to anyone looking for a roof replacement. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend them to others looking for a company that communicates well, addresses customer concerns, works hard, and takes the time to do the job right.”
