“We started having plumbing issues about a week before Christmas. Called out a septic company to pump out the system and it seemed like that corrected the issue. Fast forward 3 days the toilets started backing up again into the showers. This time I called Fletchers and Aaron showed up the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue as roots in the drain pipe. His team volunteered to come out on Christmas eve to replace the bad pipe so our family Christmas party wouldn't have any issues. I called them on Saturday morning and they were willing to come that day. I had them wait until Monday but they were at the house first thing that Monday morning. They were in and out in under an hour. Clod is gone and they left no mess. I am very impressed with the service and two technicians that preformed the work. “Six years ago I used Chris for the plumbing part of a kitchen and bath remodel. As part of that we installed a Delta touch faucet which my wife loves. When we came back to The Villages after spending the summer in OK, we noticed we had very low pressure from the faucet. I assumed it was the electric solenoid partially stuck open restricting water flow. When I called Chris to have his guys fix it, he said often the problem is debris in the screen at the faucet head. He told me how to clean it. It took 10 minutes to clean it and the pressure is great again. Chris is truly an honest guy and runs a highly respected business.
