I wanted to reach out and share how much I appreciate your shop. It is truly a hometown plumbing store with trusted information about repairs and supplies from people who really know the business. Whether I need help with well pumps or toilet flush valves, your store is my go-to whenever I am in Ocala.

I especially appreciated my recent experience. I called ahead to confirm a part was in stock, and when I arrived, it was already waiting for me on the counter. I come here pretty often for plumbing supplies and they almost always have what I need. The staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful when you have questions or need advice on a job. Good selection, fair prices, and easy in-and-out experience. Solid place for plumbing supplies.

Matthew was very helpful, pulled a pipe fixture model, and explained my repair. It worked perfectly and he was so helpful. He also answered all my questions about other things. Big thumbs up. We will definitely refer anyone to them.
