Our project involved the complete removal of all flooring (tile and LVP) down to the concrete slab, as well as removal of all existing tile in 2 bathrooms, installing marble on bathroom walls, porcelain floors throughout, new baseboard/trim, building 5 mediterranean archways to hallways, and re-painting the entire house, and they accomplished all of that work within approximately 12 weeks! Jordan Espenship and his drywall/painting team built incredible arches, Guilierme and the entire team of tile experts paid incredible attention to detail on the flooring, marble, and stone backsplash installation; and Angel and her team (quartz countertop measurements and installation) ensured that everything was perfect before they signed off on their portion of the renovation. The electrician, Kyle Espenship, went above and beyond with the ceiling lights and sconces placement and installation.The owner, Rafael, Allen Sr, and the entire front office crew were incredibly helpful, and remained abreast of the progress throughout the entire process.
