They dont just teach Martial Arts, they are teaching life skills. I see multiple life skills they taught my daughter in her every day life outside of The MAC. I am so thankful for the Owner Renee Williams for all she has done & continues to do for all of us at The MAC and the community. Renee is always giving back to the community and teaches the students about giving back & lending a helping hand when you can. Such a positive & uplifting atmosphere. “Our elementary child was being severely bullied he lacked confidence and had no friends after he joined he made friends with every child in the dojo had over 20 kids at his birthday he gained confidence strength he’s like a whole new child in less than a year we love the atmosphere the master is amazing his family is so awesome and the dojo is filled with many inspiring young kids my son has his first brotherhood this place is our first family“

“Master Lucy is wonderful and my daughter Aurora absolutely loves taekwondo, but most importantly she looks up to Master Lucy and absolutely adores and respects her. She and her father joined together and I have to say it’s been a great experience. The experience doesn’t just effect her at taekwondo, she brings home the respect and does something to help someone everyday. I searched for the right place for my daughter to learn and I found it. She started very uncoordinated and although it’s been just a few months I see her improving each and every day. There just aren’t enough stars because 5 isn’t enough!“
