Our grandsons started two years ago and have consistently learned basic taekwondo skills along with the five tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. Martial arts, at least at these very beginning levels, is all about listening, setting example, basic body movements, and healthy activity, some self defense tactics, and just being a good human.”
