I would give more stars if there were more than 5 to give!The MAC is an amazing place! It's been over 4yrs and this place is like a 2nd home to us. The Staff here genuinely care about the students. They dont just teach Martial Arts, they are teaching life skills. I see multiple life skills they taught my daughter in her every day life outside of The MAC. I am so thankful for the Owner Renee Williams for all she has done & continues to do for all of us at The MAC and the community. Renee is always giving back to the community and teaches the students about giving back & lending a helping hand when you can. Such a positive & uplifting atmosphere. My son is 7 yrs old and his first year attending a summer camp. At the martial arts center he is with his age group (which I appreciate the separation amongst a large group with different ages, rather than everyone mixed together) with his group they get to enjoy field trips, fun activities, and many learning opportunities! He also gets to try out a martial arts class where he received his very own Gi and belt! That's pretty sweet if ya ask me! .... The communication between staff and parents has been superb and I honestly am pleasantly surprised with how organized everything has been! My now 8 yr old boy and 9 yr old girl, have coming here for 2 years and 2 months now. They both have become more confident, more aware, and are both doing better in school! My son also has ADHD and Anxiety. This has helped with both of those as well. They are both in the advanced class and the leadership program they offer. I always have nothing but good things to say when I am asked about this school. If you are wondering if it is a good fit for you and your child or if you are an adult and want to start then come on in! They offer an exploration class free of charge to see if it's for you.
