Ong's taekwondo has the best training for traditional Taekwondo. Master Ong teaches respect and discipline to all students. the training is great physically mentally and socially. and great for all children ages 4 to 104 . Ben has a great family atmosphere

Excellent training and mentorship!
The instructors are all very focused on the well-being of the kids. They are strict in training the various kicks and patterns and command the respect of the kids. The kids truly earn each belt rank. My 8 yr old and 4 yr old can't wait to go to class each week.
