“I thought I could switch out my old thermostat for my new smart one. Well I ended up sleeping for a night with no air conditioning 😔. But when I called All American Air and Electric I explained everything to the young lady who took my call, she then sent my information to Ryan who was EXTREMELY helpful and explained soooo much to me and in a way I would understand (I'm super grateful for that.) He then told me I would get a call the next morning around 9 and 9 on the dot I got my call. It was Jeremy letting me know his ETA. Jeremy arrived right at the time he said he would be there. Jeremy was very nice (my dog wouldn't leave him alone lol) Jeremy also explained a lot to me and in a way I would understand and he installed my new thermostat. Thankfully I only blew the fuse and nothing else. Jeremy also gave me a quote for yearly services. I will be calling to schedule that. “Trademark electric has been the most professional and transparent company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. When called to quote us for a generator for my business they called in city inspectors that same day just to make sure their plan for installation would pass inspection. They installed the 80kw unit without incident and it has been working great. More recently we had a significant issue with a disconnect. Zach and Bert were out within an hour pulled an emergency permit and got us back in business by the time we opened for business. Great company and great people.“
