(10-22-2020) - Electrician Mark arrived on time. He evaluated my intermittent switch/receptacle problem causing a telephone disconnect, kitchen lights, and fan malfunction. Tracing the difficulty he found the real problem came from a connection in a different room, that was part of the kitchen circuitry. He explained and showed to me the evidence of the problem. My troubles had been occurring over six months. He was courteous, polite, and obviously knowledgeable of electrical circuits and how they work. Hopefully this problem is terminated. The technician that showed up for the estimate for an RV power install, was on time!! was extremely professional, to the point and gave me my written estimate within 20 minutes. And did not try to upsell me.
