There is not another CE branch that services our company (Munn's) as well as this one. Ted, Frank, and especially Matt in the warehouse are top notch and very efficient. The warehouse is so organized and clean you could probably eat off the floor. Matt, you are da man, even if you don't always laugh at my jokes. Seriously, this is truly a 5-star branch ... maybe even a seven or eight.
One of the best branches of Carrier. They were locking the door when I pulled up but thank God for Ted. Ted took the extra time to load the much needed system for tomorrow’s install. Carrier needs more employees like Ted!

Matt ALWAYS loads with quickness, respect & care of not only the equipment but our vehicles and trailers too
Chance , Frank and Ted always always friendly & that is not easy when dealing with people all day yet they answer any questions & help in any way they can to get you back on the road as fast as possible and without making you feel like a bother at all
Pedro makes finding answers to units you need and helping order them by email or phone so easy and he is also very prompt on response
We seriously appreciate very much how we are helped and treated at this CE !
