The Light of the World Clinic Inc. has a dedicated and caring staff, including doctors, nurses, and assistants. They provide quality service with warmth, organization, and attention to detail. The clinic is thankful to its director for her hard work in serving communities in need and to its volunteers for their dedication. Patients praise the staff for being pleasant, down-to-earth, and kind. The clinic is highly recommended for its excellent services and staff.
From the first point of contact - Adena, outreach coordinator, to Susana, intake facilitator, to all the rest of staff and numerous specialists and clinicians that I've worked with...all have shown compassion, dedication, professionalism and friendliness. The lobby area is always seasonally decorated and inviting.
Recently, I mistakenly came on the wrong day for a biopsy with the dermatologist, Dr. Johnson. Desk staff accommodated me as another patient was a no-show and made it happen! I suffer from daily back pain - the primary there recommended seeing the acupuncturist, Dr. Wilson...never thought of this but it works for me, relieves the pain!!

The whole vibe at the clinic is happiness in the patients, and the staff caring very deeply for them. I'm glad I was referred here. Just a wonderful experience. The facility had all my records transferred and the doctor wanted to deep dive into my current well being, and was very in-depth as to head to toe going through any issues I have. Dr. Daniela Pi Noa is wonderful. Thank you very much to the staff, administration, the donors and everyone who have helped me and my community. Blessings.
Light of The World was the most thorough, caring healthcare experience I've ever had, and being almost 80, that speaks volumes. There is even a very brief electronic survey that discussed the clinic and the personnel that clients like myself are given post visit. Maria and Susana made sure the application process was very smooth, Cindy checked me in and all that paperwork was organized so that process was complete in a couple of minutes and Cynthia checked me out and arraigned my follow appointments in also a couple of minutes.
