To the contrary, it's just before the holidays. The place was clean,workers are pleasant. But when short handed they should tell the patient's waiting Because everyone is annoyed and knows nothing somebody was there at 11:30 didn't get called till 1:30, plus she was an elder .

The surgery itself was amazing. The people were wonderful. However BILLING IS A NIGHTMARE. I was overcharged, despite telling them that my deductible had been met. They insisted I pay anyway. I let all the bills hit my medical insurance (over a month) before calling for a refund. Of course, no number on the bill I paid, so I googled the center and started calling. I called no less than 6 different phone numbers, was routed to other phone numbers from EACH of those phone numbers, was bounced outside of Holy Cross to a third party (3 times) despite telling them I didn't want records, I wanted a REFUND.
