My daughter was referred for an appointment today through your standalone ER visit she had over the weekend. Our first impression was a rude woman at the front desk that in a short nasty time told us there was no appointment and we had to make a new one. I am doing my best to make a new one ELSEWHERE. This is the face of your whole business. How hard is it to require literal BASIC customer service to process your paying patients into your office? Horrible service. My prescription was sent to this office, and after endless back-and-forth just trying to reach someone who could actually help, I was told they lost the item. Now it has to be reordered, which means waiting another 6–8 weeks.
I’ve already been waiting over 3 months for this implant and appointment, and management has done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. Not only did they lose the prescription, but they also failed to communicate properly throughout the entire process.
Extremely frustrating experience. Save yourself the headache and look for another office!

Very disappointed. My primary faxed an authorization 5 times. I called before my appointment to make sure they had received it. The person who answered the phone said they hadn't, but she would call me before my appointment to let me know. I left work early, sat in their reception room for an hour after being handed a sign in sheet, finally I asked when I would be seen and that's when they informed me they hadn't received the authorization. Not before my appointment, not when I signed in, an hour later! And the receptionist had the guts to blame technology, not their incompetence. I walked out and I'll never come back.
