I joined Aspire about a year ago from another CrossFit gym. I’d heard about Sean, who’s an amazing endurance athlete who helped my friends train for a Triathlon. I’ve got to say I really enjoy Sean and the coaches approach to their programming. They know exactly how to develop the athletes they’re coaching. The community here is awesome, and the gym is much larger than your typical box! All around it’s been a fantastic experience and you’re always greeted with a smile and one of the amazing gym dogs!

Such an amazing gym! I dropped in for a week and was welcomed like I’d been a member for years. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care. I was managing an injury, and they made a point to check in and ensure I was modifying appropriately and not overdoing it. The workouts are challenging and well-programmed. You can tell the owner is passionate about what they’ve built. I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m back in town — highly recommend!

Just started at Aspire Sports Lab and it’s been a solid experience. The staff is top-notch, everyone’s super welcoming, and the energy in the gym is great. Workouts hit hard and actually make you feel it - exactly what you want. Plus, they’ve got dogs around, which is a cool bonus. Definitely a gym worth checking out!
