I love this studio. Its my second time attending a session and Nadyne made me sweat. Pilates take a lot of discipline and focus. At this studio even if you are an amateur the instructors are there to provide support. I've done one reformer class with Cinda and she's also very knowledgeable of Pilates. Be prepared to sweat, work your core and watch your body transfer progressively.

I have only done pilates on a mat and at home while watching YouTube videos so my review is for beginners who are nervous or first timers like I was before! Cinda and Marla are great and very attentive when it comes to their classes. I always felt welcomed and acknowledged. I also love that it's away something new so my body doesn't totally get uses to it. They help me while also guiding and directing me to build my form at my pace and strength which I appreciate. I highly recommend this studio!!!!

I tried th for the first time yesterday and I honestly loved this place. It was clean and the perfect size room. Not to mention, Marla, the instructor was amazing. For being a first timer, she was very friendly and accommodating. She continued to help me with my form while teaching the class. I really appreciated that. She made my overall experience very enjoyable. It was a great workout and I can't wait to go back.
