Let’s start with the sales representative. No high pressure. So knowledgeable. Explained what the entire process was going to be, setting objectives and timeframes and level setting expectations. And he was able to provide me a printed proposal on the spot. And no nickeling and diming. If wood or Facia needed replacing, then it was part of the contract.

Now, let’s talk about the teams. Stellar. And they were so efficient. They had a team for tear down, a team for installing the Tyvek barrier and a team for installing the tiles. They were also wonderful craftsmen and took such pride in their jobs. Let me brag about the tile installers. I installed multi colored flat tiles. They were artists in how they laid out each tile to perfection. My neighbors all told me how beautiful my roof was!

AND THEY CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTER EACH STEP. Plus they pressure washed all my sidewalks, lanai and driveway after completion. And they even had an inspector come out to provide me with a wind and hurricane proof mitigation report to give to my insurance company. Wow!
