From the start with the meeting with Kyle Bohnstedt my sales consultant to the installation with Brandon Satterfield and his excellent crew the roof replacement was 5 plus stars. In my life and job I have interacted with many contractors on large scale construction projects. My meeting with Kyle was a welcomed breath of fresh air. His knowledge of the roofing and system left very little to question. He was always prompt to get back me with any question I had after the meeting. Excellent company to work with . From my first meeting with Kyle in December at the house that I was going to buy . Kyle explained everything about my quote to my satisfaction . We had additional phone calls and emails to assist me with my insurance company. When I decided to go with Mark Kaufman roofing it was a smooth process for setting up a start date , date for delivery of materials and installation of our new roof in a timely manner . They were able to start a week early and the process with the foreman , the workers and the overall setup , installation and clean up of all the debris from the process was great .Just a overall excellent company to deal with .

William, sales consultant, was very professional and knowledgeable about our roof problem. Gave us an estimate and date for work to be completed. Crew ( Jesus) showed up on time as promised, explained the work they were going to do and very pleased with the job they did. Job was completed in one day. Highly recommend!
