“This home has space for everyone! Kitchen is well stocked first time ever renting a home I didn’t need to bring half my kitchen to be able to cook here, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, crockpot (huge) waffle iron etc the two dishwashers for a large group was a great addition. There are manuels on the appliances in the pantry by the door in the kitchen. It would have helped to have this information as we had to look it up online to use the dishwashers, labels on the drawers and doors would be helpful here as there are a lot. No need for beach chairs or umbrellas, you walk right out on the beach but if the sun gets to be too much just sit out on the covered lanai. Such a great space right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets and easy access to the beach just walk off the deck and you are on the beach. Two outdoor showers were great. Grill was great outside and refrigerator out there was great. All kinds of decks and balconies all over to have privacy or gather with friends and family. Conch-Out Realty got back to us quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a large home to rent at the beach in Englewood, FL walking distance to food and shopping and a couple of miles to groceries.“
