We chose Dena to be our agent to sell the house after meeting with a couple of other agents. Dena's personality was what sold us immediately. She genuinely cares about her clients and our 1st impressions were spot on. Dena did a fantastic job at marketing the house and we were under contract 4 days after listing and well over the listing price another agent recommended us to list. I was so impressed with Dena as an agent that I choose her as my buyers agent in the search for my new home and I'm under contract on that as well. I feel that not only did I gain a fantastic agent but a friend as well.
