Wellen Park Welcome Center

Had a great time at Wellen Park! Wellen Park is a lovely community and was packed for the performance by #nofilter band @ Wellen Park Community Welcome Center ~ good vibes and lots of fun. Brought a lawn chair and grabbed a drink at Oak and Stone and enjoyed the live music with friends! Will definitely be back again.

Very nice. We chose beachwalk instead bit folks were super helpful. Reach out if you want input! Thank you we will! We ate at Villani already and enjoyed the outdoor music already, quite lovely!

There are several spec. home builders in these high end (neighborhoods) Master Plan Developments. Lennar, D.R. Horton, etc. Cheaper materials, along with cheap labor (sub-contractors), is a recipe for disaster. You don't get what you pay for... at 400K, you deserve a nice home even with these low end builders. This phenomenon is not only in Wellen Park.D.R. Horton, Ryan Homes and others are currently in Lakewood Ranch as well. Yes, they start at 300K, but there are a lot of un-happy homeowners in these communities.
