I had such an incredible experience at 305 Yoga! The Vinyasa class struck the perfect balance. Challenging enough to really engage and push me, yet calming and restorative at the same time. The flow was thoughtfully structured, and I left feeling both energized and completely relaxed.
The ambiance of the Shala truly elevates the entire experience. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and creates the ideal environment to disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse yourself in your practice.

After a long practice break, this class was a really great comeback. Feyzi was super patient and was very attentive correcting my posture, adjusting my weaknesses and reinforcing my strengths.
I appreciate your attentiveness to the individuals by walking around the room to assist to gain the benefit of each posture and reminders to be cognizant to be gentle to your body. Also, the teachings of lessons we each experience for learning and gaining wisdom.
