I have been trying to reset my password for weeks now with no success, today I arrived to the gym and Brenda was extremely helpful. She was able to help me reset the password and I was able to login to my account on my phone. Thanks to her, now I can book my classes and keep track of my workouts. My experience, the gym is well maintained, you have people walking around making sure the gym is clean for its members. Now, I have seen members not cleaning after themselves and leaving the equipment misplaced. If they want luxury, they can go pay hundreds of dollars at another facility. Great location, thanks again Brenda!!!!

I wanted to hold off leaving this review for two reasons. 1) I wasn't sure how other LA Fitness gyms compared, and 2) a bad day shouldn't reflect the gym as a whole. After a year of going here, I can say a trend is noticed.The tidyness and cleanliness of this LA fitness has to be the worst in the South Florida area. I go to this gym during opening hours or shortly after, and debris and dumbells are littered throughout the gym. Is no clean-up being done the night prior? If not, is there no clean-up process prior to opening? Re racking of weights has gotten so out of hand that the gym had to place notices all over the gym to address this. Love it!!!It's like Esporta in Glassboro New Jersey ?????? thank god for LA Fitness too bad I am in Miami Beach and the traffic gets me but no pain no gain ? can't win them all.?‍♀️How about build one la fitness on 69 and Collins???? you would put all the rusty old machines from the gyms on the beach out of business.....?
