415 Causeway N, New Smyrna Beach“Best office staff I have EVERcome across in my almost 60 years. Everyone goes above and beyond to get you whatever help you need. Their offices/staff members would certainly serve as the IDEAL model other practices need in order to have a more professional, caring staff....which has become nearly non-existent these days. Grade: A+++“

“Doctor saw me on time. Exam was thorough and done professionally. About half way through the exam I had to wait about 20 minutes for my eyes to dilate to complete the exam; usually that process takes about 5 minutes. The only thing that was bothersome was the need to wear a mask. Masking should be at the patient/customer's option. The staff were masked and that should be sufficient.
Update 03-25-2025 I saw a new doctor, Dr. Sullenberger, what a knowledgeable young lady. She was very thorough, informed me each step of the process and was very pleasant to deal with. I really have confidence in her. And...they now have a new machine that allows for photographing the back of the eye allowing (in most cases) to avoid the dilation process - how nice that was. Great job!“
