“My exam had an associate collect overall info before I saw the doctor. They connected with each other; each question once. I had a very informative review for the glasses explaining how my glasses would be made. He took his time and made adjustments as asked. I had been several years since my last glasses and I was surprised at the prices (mostly the frames) but my health insurance covered most of the price. I pick up my glasses in a few days and feel sure they allow me to see much better.“

“Walked in 20 minutes before closing with a broken frame. Joanna jumped right up and went to work installing my lenses into a new frame, I thought I'd have to drop them off, she was great! Carol and Lacy were very fun to engage with during the repair, these ladies always take such good care of me.“

“The Staff at this location is top tier. I come here every year to do my eye exams and from start to finish I am treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Patel is amazing, he truly listens to what I say and is immediately ready to not only answer but take action on my issues or concerns. But the All star MVP here is Amy. She is amazingly kind and truly ready to help get me the right frames and lenses. This particular trip she went WELL above and beyond to make sure I not only got an amazing frame to go with my Santa Claus suit but looks good for my every day Santa look. She made sure that the lenses were the very best we could get with my insurance. I couldn't recommend her and this practice any more. 10/5 stars.“
