I must say I felt that my new puppy was taken care of from the moment she arrived. The staff is very competent, very caring, and I will certainly continue to bring Chanel back to see the girls in the years to come.

“My boys couldn’t be happier! The staff was amazing! They were so patient with me being a new client and a worried fur mom of a puppies first visit! I was asking a ton of questions and the Downtown NPR new location staff was absolutely so kind, so patient, and did an absolute phenomenal job with both Ash and Rex!!!! They honored all my request, Rex did so good for his first time and came out a happy boy no negative take aways for his first groom, and Ash’s groom came out Pinterest worthy!!!! If you are taking your dogs to get groomed ANYWHERE ELSE STOP! You need to take the here to or the Dowtown NPR location! I would drive hours if I had to get these results and to get them right here in my backyard is amazing! Thank you and we will be forever clients!!!!!
