“I needed a sewer vent passed through the roof since my roof (not done by Apex) was not built to code. Apex had the lowest quote by a landslide and corrected the quote when we discovered onsite that I had the number of vents in the original quote wrong. Very quick and friendly. I would absolutely hire them again for future roof work.“

“Had a new roof installed, the project also included new fascia board and adding hurricane clips for a wind mitigation discount. It was a little bit to coordinate because of the fascia board component - remove gutters, tear off old fascia board aluminum wrap, tear off roof, install new fascia board and hurricane clips, install new roof, caulk and paint fascia board, reinstall gutters. The dumpster arrived on Monday morning and the workmen shortly after. Monday roof was removed, Tuesday-Wednesday the fascia was removed and replaced with new Hardi (plus the wind clips), Thursday the new roof went on and Friday morning the dumpster disappeared. Received an invoice by email on Friday that had a convenient pay by ACH link. Everything went way smoother than I expected and we were thrilled!“
