Ozzy was great - professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit not communicating with the thermostat and was very diligent in repairing the the problem and fully testing it to ensure it worked correctly.

We had Carlos and he was excellent!He was professional, give you options,along with the pros and cons, all in a very helpful and friendly manner. I will give him a ten. As for the company, excellent as well.Minimal waiting time for the service, and their prices are competitive. Also, their service manager is a wonderful resource. Also, kudos to Judy for info and discount on their maintenance program.Good job for the entire team!
