Nelson was super professional. He figured out the problem, explained what he was going to do and communicated each step. When he finished, he took me to the HVAC room and explained how it works and what he did. As this is a new condo for us, it was super helpful. Our air went out last Sunday, called Comfort Caddies. A nice young man was out about 1 1/2 hrs later. He was not able to fix, needed to have part ordered. We were given choice if we wanted to pay to have part shipped overnight. We chose to do that, especially since it was 86 degrees in our house. They scheduled service right away so Tuesday morning someone was out to install part. Service people are all very nice, considerate and knowledgeable. I just wish they had more parts on truck or in shop.
Our A/C broke down during the hottest part of summer, and Comfort Caddies came through when we needed them most. Juan arrived first thing in the morning, quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in a way that gives us confidence it won’t be a recurring problem. He also took the time to educate us on maintaining our unit, including the built-in Honeywell dehumidifier. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast service from start to finish.
